This water-resistant, ultra-fine gel liner features a soft 1.5mm core that creates smooth, precise lines. Its highly adhesive formula quickly adheres to the lids and stays sharp all day long, even if you accidentally rub your eyes. The durable formula is resistant to tears, sweat, water, sebum, and rubbing, thanks to the inclusion of Super Guard Polymer. Additionally, it contains four moisturizing ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, collagen, panthenol, and chamomile extract.
