Isehan Kiss Me Heroine Make Curl Keep Mascara Base helps your lashes maintain their curl all day long. This base coat uses shape-retaining polymers to keep mascara in place longer. It enhances the volume and length of your lashes. The mascara primer is infused with six types of essences that provide moisture and protect the eyelashes, including camellia oil, royal jelly extract, argan oil, wild rose oil, panthenol, and ginseng root extract.
HOW TO USE
1. Before applying mascara, curl your lashes and apply the mascara base from the roots to the tips of the lashes.
2. Allow the base to dry before layering on mascara to avoid clumping and ensure a flawless finish. Then, apply mascara to the lashes.
