Beauty of Joseon Radiance Cleansing Balm is a balm-type cleansing oil that gently melts away eye, lip, and base makeup as well as excess sebum. It effectively dissolves even waterproof mascara and eyeliner, eliminating the need for a separate remover. The formula is gentle on the eyes and does not cause blurring or irritation. This cleansing balm is enriched with rice bran and various grain extracts, helping the skin stay moisturized without feeling dry. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals, which help hydrate and nourish dry skin.

HOW TO USE
Scoop a generous amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Rinse off with lukewarm water, then follow with a foam cleanser.
