Etude House Dr. Mascara Fixer Black is a powerful black tinting fixer that holds eyelash curls with no smudge. It's a 2-in-1 mascara fixer in soft black color, which can be used for natural everyday makeup. Special wax coats lashes and prevents them from sagging and smudging.

Apply the fixer before mascara. Let it dry for 10-20 seconds. Apply the mascara.
